Cluster mailboxes where possible in order to decrease pollution, traffic, road accidents, costs, and material depletion.

By clustering mailboxes where possible, mail routes could be shorted dramatically and vehicles would have to stop much less frequently. This would provide many benefits for the Postal Service, as well as everyone else through decreased pollution, lower mail fees, fewer traffic accidents, etc.
